How can NESCAFÉ demonstrate itself to be the expert in the care industry, thus becoming the preferred partner for their customers? NESCAFÉ asked The Oval Office to develop a new care concept to achieve this.

The care-industry landscape is diverse, demanding, with intense pressure on budgets. Yet at the same time, there’s increasing demand for hospitality and ‘an experience’ to embrace the coffee moment.

With this knowledge and challenge, The Oval Office was able to develop a creative rationale for NESCAFÉ, positioning them uniquely and setting them apart. This rationale can be further integrated into all possible communication tools relating to sales, in the physical implementation of the different solutions and to facilitate the development of additional activations. It was important to position NESCAFÉ as a total coffee concept, to focus on the innovative character of the brand and to feature both the rich history and their attention to sustainability.

The Oval Office came up with a concept distinctive for hospitality and experience, with more focus on the human aspect during the daily coffee moment: Moments with NESCAFÉ. Coffee creates connection. This is important. Particularly in the care world, when you don’t want to face things alone. In sad, tense or even the most beautiful moments. With Moments with NESCAFÉ, we play into this and offer a total solution. Besides the creative rationale, The Oval Office also developed the integration of the new care concept into a mood video, a sales brochure with accompanying talking board, and input for the landing page.
